how we operate with covid-19
our new covid-19 operating guidelines will be regularly updated on this page. if you have any questions, please do get in touch.
How do we Conduct a Trial?
A temporary new location in Rotherham has been arranged for our bridal trials. Prior to Covid-19, all bridal trials were held at my home studio address. To keep my children, stylists and clients safe, all trials will be held at a new location. Bridal trials will commence once the government announces that all intimate beauty treatments can be conducted.
Makeup Lesson Location
A temporary new location in Rotherham has been arranged for a makeup lesson to take place. All makeup lessons will be held at this new location on a Monday and Tuesday only. Makeup lessons will commence once the government announces that all intimate beauty treatments can be conducted.
Trial and Makeup Lesson Days
Initially, all trial appointments and makeup lessons will be held on a Monday and Tuesday only.
Temporary Trial and Makeup Lesson Address
Our temporary trial and makeup lesson location will be held at George's Restaurant, Greasbrough Road, Rotherham, S62 6HG. I am George's newly appointed general manager. The location is large, roomy and with lots of open doorways to help minimise the contamination of door handles and surfaces. The restaurant has lots of excellent light to help with our makeup artistry, and plenty of seating for larger bridal parties where social distancing can be followed.
Sanitising stations will be placed throughout the interior to help keep the virus at bay. Sprays, cloths and hand sanitiser will be available to use at any time. Clients are advised to bring along their own masks. If you are receiving a makeup or hair service with us, please bring your own mask, although I will have some for any client to use. We are doing all we can to help preserve PPE for the NHS.
Cheryl, Lily and Rebecca will be wearing a mask at all times. Guidelines on whether a client should wear a mask during a beauty treatment will be updated. Makeup artistry is a very close contact beauty service. Ideally, we would like to ask anyone who attends a trial to bring along their own mask to help preserve our supply.
On arrival, we may have to do a temperature check on our clients and stylists to ensure we can go ahead with any beauty application. Clarification on this will be given in due course.
A client will be required to fill out and sign a consent form for insurance purposes. This will be governmental and beauty standard approved. More to come on this.
More to come...
